If you have an urgent order, we recommend that you contact us before proceeding, so that we can remove any hesitation or delays. If you order and pay for a product that is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and get an ETA on delivery for that product.

We try to keep all models of Megaphones, Driver-Mics, and smaller PA systems in stock at all times. However sometimes we run out of stock. We also aim to keep our site up to date to keep you informed. When we say a product is out of stock, this can mean that our Australian supplier is out of stock, and can be for some time. However it can also mean that we have had more sales than usual, and just need to wait for an order to arrive. We advise that you contact us to obtain more details on any product that is out of stock.

5. What does “available on order” mean?

Some of our products state “available on order (please contact us for shipping ETA)” this means that we don’t regularly keep this particular model in stock, however we can order them in for you, adding a few days to delivery times.
