All of the products we sell are covered in Australia for 12 months from the purchase date by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Chiayo products have a 5 year warranty (conditions apply).
*Please note: Duracell Procell batteries sold through Megaphones Plus are guaranteed against defects by a manufacturer’s warranty. Chiayo rechargeable batteries are guaranteed for 3 months by a manufacturer’s warranty. Century replacement rechargeable batteries are covered by the manufacturers 12 month warranty.
Some of our products state “available on order (please contact us for shipping ETA)” this means that we don’t regularly keep this particular model in stock, however we can order them in for you, adding a few days to delivery times.

We also aim to keep our site up to date to keep you informed. When we say a product is out of stock, this can mean that our Australian supplier is out of stock, and can be for some time. However it can also mean that we have had more sales than usual, and just need to wait for an order to arrive.
