1. Do you ship your megaphones and other products Australia-Wide?
Our We ship our products across all states and territories of Australia. Driver-Mic Tour Bus microphone ships world-wide but unfortunately we do not ship megaphones or PA systems overseas at this time.

2. Do your products come with a warranty?
All of the products we sell are covered in Australia for 12 months from the purchase date by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Chiayo products have a 5 year warranty (conditions apply).
*Please note: Duracell Procell batteries sold through Megaphones Plus are guaranteed against defects by a manufacturer’s warranty. Chiayo rechargeable batteries are guaranteed for 3 months by a manufacturer’s warranty. Century replacement rechargeable batteries are covered by the manufacturers 12 month warranty.
3. Do you have your products in stock at all times?
Like any store, our stock levels are always changing. We try our very best to keep all of our megaphones in stock at all times, and to keep our website up to date with these stock levels. If you have an urgent order, we recommend that you contact us before proceeding, so that we can remove any hesitation or delays. If you order and pay for a product that is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and get an ETA on delivery for that product.
4. I want to buy a product but your site says it’s out of stock, can I order it?
We try to keep all models of Megaphones, Driver-Mics, and smaller PA systems in stock at all times. However sometimes we run out of stock. We also aim to keep our site up to date to keep you informed. When we say a product is out of stock, this can mean that our Australian supplier is out of stock, and can be for some time. However it can also mean that we have had more sales than usual, and just need to wait for an order to arrive. We advise that you contact us to obtain more details on any product that is out of stock.
5. What does “available on order” mean?
Some of our products state “available on order (please contact us for shipping ETA)” this means that we don’t regularly keep this particular model in stock, however we can order them in for you, adding a few days to delivery times.
6. Can I use your PayPal shopping cart if I don’t have a PayPal account?
PayPal is a very easy and secure way to pay for goods online using your credit or debit card. Just have your card handy, and our shopping cart experience will be quick and painless.
Alternatively we now offer payment via the BPOINT payment system for Australian customers. This enables us to accept credit card payments over the phone (0418-448544).
